Here's what a Sunday looks like
No surprises. Here's exactly what happens from the moment you arrive.
1. Arrive & park
Arrive a few minutes early. Parking is on site — stewards will guide you from the entrance. Look out for a friendly face at the door ready to welcome you.
2. Drop off the kids
If you have children, head to the Kids' area first. The check-in desk is just inside the foyer. It takes about three minutes and your child will be in safe, caring hands.
3. Find a seat
The auditorium is signposted from the foyer. Grab a coffee, find a seat — no one owns a chair here. The service starts promptly.
4. The service
Expect about 70–75 minutes: contemporary worship, a practical message from the Bible, and a short welcome for first-time guests. Nothing high-pressure. Dress how you like.
5. After the service
Stay for a chat and a cup of coffee. Look for a team member in a The Crossing lanyard if you'd like to ask anything — or fill in the form below and we'll reach out.

Parking
Free on-site parking is available directly at the campus. Parking stewards are on duty from 30 minutes before each service to guide you to a bay. There is accessible parking close to the main entrance.
First time?
Look for our 'First-time Guest' signs at the entrance — they point you directly to the welcome team.
What should I wear?
Come as you are — genuinely. You'll see everything from jeans and T-shirts to smart casual on a Sunday. There is no dress code. The only thing that matters is that you show up.
Your kids are in good hands
We have age-appropriate programmes running during every Sunday service, from babies through to teenagers. While you're in the service, your children are learning, playing, and being cared for by trained and vetted volunteers.
